If you are traveling from Banská Štiavnica, choose the road through Žibritov to Krupina and then towards Zvolen until the turnoff to Holý Vrch.
The road from the turnoff is marked with signs, so you will definitely not get lost. Alternatively, you can directly enter this location in the navigation and continue according to the signs.
